Baseball fans at seven ballparks around the country can now order up new food and drink options between innings.

Midway through the season, foodservice provider Aramark Sports + Entertainment is introducing a new culinary lineup at Citi Field, Minute Maid Park, Citizens Bank Park, Coors Field, Fenway Park, Kauffman Stadium and PNC Park. The selection runs the gamut, from chicken chimichurri to tacos, cocktails and ice cream sundaes. Several of the items are mashups of two popular foods while others are influenced by global cuisines.

Starting with dessert first, the sweet-savory Burgh Bacon Sundae at PNC Park in Pittsburgh features a Belgian pearl sugar waffle topped with vanilla ice cream, pretzels, caramel sauce and house-made maple bacon. At Colorado Rockies games in Coors Field, attendees can try a dessert that sounds like anything but: Polar Pasta. It’s really swirls of vanilla ice cream topped with donut holes, strawberry syrup and mint.

Moving on to the beverage side, Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, is offering The Mets’ropolitan cocktail, a mix of vodka, lime-mint sparkling water and blueberry liqueur served in a souvenir glass. It’s available at all the bars in the stadium.

Now for some of those wild but craveable mashups. Minute Maid Park where the Houston Astros play has a Cajun Etouffee Nacho that combines Texas and New Orleans tastes in every bite. It features kettle chips instead of the usual tortilla chips topped with shrimp, sausage etouffee, shredded cheese and green onions with Cajun seasoning.

The Pig Mac at Fenway Park in Boston takes a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough bread and stuffs it with mac and cheese, pulled pork and bacon strips. A triple decker of flavors!

The Taste of the K Taco at Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals, is mashed up with even more ingredients. A charred hot dog is wrapped in a cheeseburger quesadilla and topped with barbecue brisket, french fries, shredded romaine lettuce, pickled red onion, Sriracha Cracker Jacks and 816Sauce.

Rounding out the lineup is the City Churri Sandwich at Citizen’s Bank Park in Philadelphia. It starts with a brioche roll from local bakery Liscio’s, then is layered with smoked chicken thighs, cumin mayo, chimichurri sauce and pico de gallo.

The new items rolled out July 19, following Major League Baseball’s All-Star Break. According to a statement from Aramark, the company continues to push the boundaries of the stadium dining experience through its latest MLB offering, ensuring that every game is paired with a memorable meal.
