Costa Tequila Smokey Sage Reposado Old Fashioned

The fruity, peppery, juicy spirit of tequila and a wisp of sage smoke combine for a totally new Old Fashioned from Costa Tequila mixologist and ambassador Chef Meredith Ouzounian.
Ingredients
2 oz. Costa Tequila Reposado
1 oz. Amaro or herbal liquer
1/2 brown sugar cube
2 dashes orange bitters
Sprig of sage
Steps
1. Chill glass and add sugar cube.
2. Dash orange bitters onto sugar cube.
3. With a match or lighter, fire up the sage and muddle into the sugar and bitters. Add a large ice cube and pour herbal liqueur and reposado.
4. Stir and garnish with sage.
