Foodservice-management company Proof of the Pudding has promoted LaTosha Marks to senior vice president of human resources.

Marks previously served as vice president of human resources for nearly two years at the Atlanta-based firm.

Marks will continue to oversee the company’s HR strategy and is responsible for human resources operations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent acquisition, management and retention, and safety and wellbeing initiatives for Proof of the Pudding’s more than 2,000 employees.

“LaTosha’s unique insights and valuable industry perspective have tremendously impacted our growth and transformation,” CEO Adam Noyes said in a statement. “LaTosha established data-driven HR practices, initiated the use of AI in the recruitment function and streamlined onboarding, making the entire process paperless. She has championed a ‘best-in-class’ employee experience and ensures we continue to build a great workforce and culture.”

Marks brings to her role more than two decades of HR and change management experience.

She previously served as the HR director at airport concession company Crews1972 for more than 11 years and also held HR posts at restaurant chains Hooters and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Proof of the Pudding provides foodservice to convention centers, sports arenas, college stadiums, cultural landmarks, golf courses and more.
