The Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury basketball teams have partnered with OVG Hospitality to update the food and beverage offerings at their home arena, Footprint Center.

In addition to serving locally sourced fare tailored to a variety of events, including concerts, the foodservice provider plans to introduce technology that will speed throughput and reduce concession lines throughout the arena.

This collaboration is OVG’s first to feature offerings from Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, an operator of high-end eateries and bars that Oak View Group, the parent company of OVG Hospitality, acquired earlier this summer.

Rhubarb will have a hand in creating unique beverages for fans entering the Footprint Center as well as an elevated wine program.

“With high-tech market expertise to diverse local suppliers, OVG Hospitality has all the resources to elevate the experience for all fans, whether at the concourse concession stands or in the luxury suites,” Ken Gaberpresident of OVG Hospitality, said in a statement. “We are excited to partner with the Suns and Mercury and add a delicious and savory menu to their roster.”
