INGREDIENTS:1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs. ground beef
to taste, salt
to taste, pepper
¼ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. French’s® Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp. coriander
1 oz. jalapeño pepper, minced
10 flour tortillas
5 oz. Cattlemen’s® Smoky Barbecue Sauce
16 oz. refried beans
1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese
5 oz. mayonnaise
5 oz. Cattlemen’s® Smoky Barbecue Sauce
2 cups lettuce, shredded
8 plum tomatoes, diced DIRECTIONS:Saute onion and garlic; add to ground beef; season with salt and pepper. Add cumin, mustard, coriander and minced jalapeños. Mix well. Form meat into long burgers; shape to fit tortilla wrap. Pan sear burgers and finish in oven for large quantity, or grill and prepare as ordered.

Brush tortillas with barbecue sauce and spread with refried beans and cheese. Place in oven to warm. Combine mayonnaise with 5 oz. barbecue sauce and toss with lettuce and tomatoes.
