INGREDIENTS:4 qts. boiling water
1 carton, 2 seasoning packets Classic Casserole® Scalloped Potatoes O’Brien Style
½ cup butter, unsalted
6 cups chicken, roasted, natural proportion, 3/4 inch diced
3 cups mushrooms, fresh, sliced, sauteed
4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup roasted garlic, minced
2 cups bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
½ cup green onion
8 oz. Parmesan cheese, shaved DIRECTIONS:Preheat oven to 400°F (350°F convection). In full-size steamtable pan, combine water with seasoning packets and butter; whisk. Add potato slices and next 5 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake in conventional oven for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle casserole evenly with remaining ingredients.
