Perfect Pretzelfils

Soft pretzel sticks stuffed with cheddar cheese and the smoky barbecue flavor of Tabasco brand chipotle pepper sauce
Yield: 16 servings
50 pcs. SUPERPRETZEL Pretzelfils
Creamy Avocado Dip:
3 cups sour cream
4 ripe, medium, avocados, peeled,
pitted
6 Tbsps. lemon juice
5 Tbsps. horseradish
3 Tbsps. white onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Mango Pineapple Salsa:
3 mangos, peeled, pitted, diced
1⁄2 cups white onion, finely chopped
3 cups fresh pineapple, diced
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
8 oz. diced green chiles
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
For the avocado dip: blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
For the salsa: combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Heat Pretzelfils approximately 10-12 minutes at 350°F until warmed through.
Arrange Pretzelfils on serving dish with ramekins of dipping sauces.
