INGREDIENTS:1 large dough ball, proofed and docked
6 oz. pizza sauce
8 oz. pizza cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
8 slices Canadian bacon or ham
25 slices pepperoni
2 oz. green pepper, chopped
2 oz. chopped onion, chopped
3 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 oz. pineapple tidbits
4 oz. Italian sausage crumbles
3 oz. fresh tomatoes, chopped
