Honey-Curry Glazed Chicken

Yield: 12 servings
12 chicken breasts, bone-in
2 cups honey
1⁄4 cup curry powder
to taste, salt and pepper
Arrange chicken breasts on half-sheet pan, skin-side up.
Mix honey and curry powder. With a pastry brush, apply honey mix to chicken.
Set Convotherm by Cleveland Oven temperature to 350°F. Place tray in oven and probe chicken near the bone. Cook until deisred core probe temperature is reached (160°F).
