Food Service Search Staff
INGREDIENTS:2 ¼ cups orange guava juice concentrate*
1 cup 2 Tbsps. 100% olive oil
1 ½ oz. granulated sugar
½ cup champagne vinegarDIRECTIONS:1. Mix all ingredients. Adjust sugar to taste.
* Do not dilute concentrate with water.
