INGREDIENTS:8 slicescooked pork loin, 1 oz. each 8 slicesham, 1 oz. each 12 eachdill pickle chips 8 slicesSwiss cheese 4 eachsandwich rolls as neededDijon-style mustardDIRECTIONS:1. Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and allow it to burn to embers. 2. If desired, spread mustard on each side of sandwich rolls. Layer each sandwich with the cheese, ham, pork and pickles. 3. Grill the sandwich, top side down, for 1 minute; turn and place a sauté pan on top (to flatten the sandwich) and continue to cook until cheese is melted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
