INGREDIENTS:2 cups water
½ cup lemon juice
1 gallon red or green apples, cored and diced
4 pounds seedless grapes, stemmed and washed
2 quarts sliced celery
2 cups walnut pieces
2 cups reduced fat mayonnaise
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup orange blossom honeyDIRECTIONS:Combine lemon juice and water in a large bowl. Mix well, and add apples as they are diced. Place apples in draining pan for approximately 10 minutes. Mix apples, grapes, celery and walnuts in large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream and honey; mix well. Add to apple mixture and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing.
