When Sodexo assumes foodservice at the Houston Museum of Natural Science in November, it will bring with it several new dining options for patrons and staff.

Those choices include a burger joint, a “cafe marketplace” and a food truck, according to a press release from Sodexo. Highlighting a touch of tech, the burger spot will allow guests to place orders from kiosks as well as online.

“We are thrilled to work with the Houston Museum of Natural Science to bring our shared vision of providing healthy and sustainable food options to life,” Moses DeBord, vice president of Sodexo Sports & Leisure, said in the release. “We will offer a wide variety for guests from artisan inspired dishes, quick-service dining and local favorites from our food truck."
