ELEVATING THE FAMILIAR

We’ve introduced breakfast bowls and skillets into several concepts, and they have been extremely well-received in all forms. The idea is not that revolutionary, but the convenience and ease of preparation makes them great from a production standpoint. We offer several varieties, such as a Ham and Cheese Skillet (cheddar, potatoes, onions and eggs topped with salsa); Chorizo and Egg Bowl (chorizo, roasted green chiles, onions, eggs and tomatillo salsa); Meat Lovers Skillet (pepperoni, ham, sausage, cheddar, mozzarella, onions, potatoes, eggs and marinara); and a Vegetarian Bowl (onions, bell peppers, roasted green chiles, potatoes and eggs with salsa). Our approach is “rustic campfire,” as if you prepared breakfast in one skillet set over a campfire.
