The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation has released Sustainability in the Food Service Environment, the third volume in its Sustainability How-To Guide Series. The guide, compiled by IFMA member Aramark, provides practical, real-world guidance on how to introduce and advance sustainable practices within the foodservice environment. Chapters deal with issues such as building a business case for sustainability, procuring sustainable foods, green buildings and waste stream management. The guide is available at no charge through download at www.ifmafoundation.org and www.aramark.com.
