Jackson is the rooftop bar at the Thompson Nashville Hotel, a gathering place specializing in hand-crafted drinks and small plates.
Ingredients
1½ oz. grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. canned pear syrup
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Soda water
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Steps
1. In cocktail shaker, combine juices, pear syrup and a dash or two of cinnamon. Shake well and pour into a glass over crushed ice.
2. Add soda water to fill glass; garnish with a cinnamon stick.
