Could a concept be more suited to college life? Offering soft flour tortillas stuffed with eggs, cheese, bacon, crispy potatoes or tater tots, avocados, jalapenos and more, Bad-Ass Breakfast Burritos’ menu is suitable for “early-morning cravings or late-night munchies,” according to its website. The concept, part of the Dog Haus brand (founded in Pasadena in 2010) known for its creative and chef-driven “craft-casual” concepts, has locations across the country. The Sodexo partnership is the company’s first foray onto college campuses.

Dog Haus Founding Partner Hagop Giragossian sees the partnership as an extension of the parent brand’s original vision of taking fuzzy nostalgic mealtime memories of youth and translating them to today’s craft-casual climate.

“Our goal has always been to make the favorite foods from our childhood and college years taste even better,” Giragossian said in a statement, adding that the breakfast burritos are not just for traditional breakfast hours, but “perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night.”

This fall semester, the partnership kicks off at the University of Cincinnati and Arkansas State University, Sodexo-served campuses that are about to rip into menu items like the fan-favorite Bronco—made with three eggs, bacon, tots, American cheese, avocado, jalapenos and chipotle aioli.

Other burritos feature Impossible plant-based meat. The Wurst is made with three eggs, breakfast sausage, caramelized onions, American cheese, tots and spicy mayo. The emphasis is on bold flavors that are portable, which fits into Sodexo’s larger mindset for serving college campuses.

“We’re committed to partnering with brands that offer fresh and exciting food options,” said Vice President of Digital Innovation at Sodexo Raz Barnwell. “This partnership aligns with our goal of providing dining solutions on our college campuses that students want, whenever they want. We believe Bad-Ass Breakfast Burritos’ delicious and portable creations will resonate with the vibrant, active and busy communities we serve nationwide.”
