Repurposing Thanksgiving leftovers at Wake Forest University, a celebration of Diwali culture, how one hospital is fighting food insecurity and more

In this edition of FSD’s Heart of Foodservice, we’ll see that foodservice operations are starting to get in the holiday spirit. From working to end food waste by repurposing Thanksgiving leftovers to spreading cheer with gingerbread house decorating competitions, dining teams are hard at work holiday season.
