Metz Culinary Management has rolled out a new grab-and-go brand at its education, business and healthcare dining locations.

Named Chef Fresh, the brand includes chef-inspired, freshly prepared menu items made with locally sourced ingredients when possible.

Diners can select from an array of options such as shaker salads, sandwiches, bowls and healthy snacks including homemade trail mix and hummus and vegetables. Chef Fresh also includes dessert options like egg custard pie, strawberry cream pie and apple, blueberry and raspberry scones.

Each menu item is packed in eco-friendly packaging that includes nutritional information.
