Foodservice menu trending: California cuisine, Korean flavors, 2020 culinary trends

Korean food is seeing a surge in popularity according to Yelp and menu flavorings ranging from kimchi to sesame oil are being added across foodservice menus in both expected and inventive ways. Mentions of this cuisine grew by the largest margin between 2018 and 2019 on Yelp's website and onsite operators at Centerplate, Aramark and colleges have gotten in on the trend. Click through the gallery for some inspiration.
