Ingredients
4 gallons Water, Hot
1 lb Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® All Natural Reduced Sodium Chicken Base (5117)
3 lbs Skinless Breast of Chicken, Free Range, Organic, Diced
1 lb Carrots, Raw, Diced
1 lb Celery, Raw, Diced
2 lbs Onions, Raw, Diced
1 Tbsp Black Pepper, Ground
1 lb 8 oz Noodles, Egg, Cooked, Enriched
Preparation
1. Dissolve Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® All Natural Reduced Sodium Chicken Base in water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.
2. Dice the chicken. Add chicken, carrots, celery, onions and black pepper to stock. Simmer until tender.
3. Add noodles and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
