Aramark has launched a new dining brand for high school students.

Rally Cafe is built around two core values: real good food and inspired community, according to a release.

Rally Cafe will give students a wide range of new options such as daily menu specials and limited-time offerings that feature seasonal ingredients and regional favorites. Also available are grab-and go options including bento boxes, salads and sandwiches. There is also a test kitchen station, which will serve customizable fare that will rotate weekly. Breakfast and lunch mobile carts will offer meals at remote service locations.

The brand will feature new signage, menu boards, furniture, fixtures and finishes including food photography and positive sayings such as “You got this” and “Together we can.”

Rally Cafe will be piloted at Midlothian Independent School District in Midlothian, Texas, before being introduced for the 2020-2021 school year.
