Foodservice vendor Levy has partnered with the Spokane Public Facilities District (SPFD) to create a new hospitality brand that will provide food and beverage services across the district’s event venues in Washington state.

The new entity, dubbed Urban Falls Kitchen, will focus on sustainability and local sourcing as it serves up a variety of options at Spokane Arena, First Interstate Center for the Arts, Spokane Convention Center and more, per a press release. All of these venues have reopened after closing due to the pandemic.

“We have partnered with SPFD to reimagine the food and beverage experiences at all of these amazing venues, envisioning the excitement for doors reopening,” Andy Lansing, president and CEO of Levy, said in a statement. “Urban Falls Kitchen represents our shared mission to welcome and celebrate the best restaurants, culinarians and ingredients of the Pacific Northwest throughout each venue.”

Levy also recently teamed up with The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia to create Seravezza Events, a platform that will manage daily foodservice for the museum as well as catering for weddings, conferences and other gatherings held on its campus.
