Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, Iowa, hosted a free Christmas dinner for those spending the holiday alone, Siouxland News reports.
The hospital served roast beef, ham, glazed carrots, potatoes and apple pie to more than 100 guests.
Floyd Valley has been serving the holiday meal for over 20 years.
