Tom Vilsack has been confirmed by the Senate to be the next U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, CNN reports.

President Biden announced the nomination of Vilsack as Secretary of Agriculture in December. This will be the second time Vilsack has headed up the USDA. He served as Agriculture Secretary throughout the entire Obama Administration, during which he oversaw the rollout of The Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act.

The Senate voted 92-7 to confirm him.
