Culinarians in B&I, College and K-12 segments among seven recipients of United Fresh Produce Excellence in Foodservice Awards.

Three chefs in onsite foodservice operations were among the seven culinarians honored recently by the United Fresh Produce Association's United Fresh Produce Excellence in Foodservice Awards Program, sponsored by Pro*Act. The program honors chefs and their companies or departments for their innovative and influential use of fresh produce in the culinary arts. The awards will formally be presented to the seven winners at United Fresh 2014, UFPA's annual convention and expo in Chicago, June 10-13, 2014.
