Levy Adds Former Disney Global Parks VP as COO

Levy Restaurants has added former Walt Disney World Vice President Brian Britton as its new executive vice president and COO with responsibilities to oversee the company's growing sports and entertainment business.

Levy Restaurants has added former Walt Disney World Vice President Brian Britton as its new executive vice president and COO with responsibilities to oversee the company's growing sports and entertainment business. Britton had spent more than 15 years with Disney, most recently as vice president of global park operations and initiatives.

Levy, a unit of Compass Group North America, currently operates in 82 sports/entertainment venues in the U.S. In the past year it has added contracts with Ohio State University, the Rose Garden arena in Portland, the Target Center arena in Minneapolis, the Jobing.com arena in Phoenix and Cleveland's new Medical Mart convention complex. The Rose Garden, Target Center and Jobing.com arenas add to Levy's NBA/NHL arena portfolio, which now stands at 33.
