Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is launching a new mobile ordering platform just in time for the upcoming school year.

The Drop will offer contactless, digital-only ordering and payment for pick-up or delivery at approximately 20 campuses this fall.

Students will be able to order from a variety of virtual brands that are trending at their campus, including a fried chicken concept called Tenders Love Chicken and a burrito-focused brand named Jack*s Burritos.

As time goes on, Aramark plans to add or remove concepts based on market trends and performance.

“The Drop uses existing kitchen space, equipment, and staff members to offer new brands and menu items on a college campus,” said Karen Parker, chief marketing officer for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, in a statement. “It’s a great way to provide variety and continue to deliver great food and great experiences to our customers.”
