Uniform Buy-In

In order to improve the appearance and perceived level of professionalism of all staff, we got uniforms. To get staff buy-in, we held a fashion show and allowed the staff to vote on which looks they wanted to wear. Associates are charged $2 a pay period for their uniforms to give them ownership in the process. We have improved morale.
