Purdue Dining & Catering has had a presence at the Purdue farmers market. Focusing on healthy and sustainable, we purchased greens from the student farm and sold a gluten-free and vegan spring roll and salad along with a gluten-free chicken spring roll and salad. They were sold as a meal with a beverage and side for $7.
