We held a Passport to the Winter Olympics event that was capped by an Ice Festival. Every dining center was decorated with a Winter Olympics theme. We had two different countries featured for every meal for three days. The last day was the Ice Festival, where we had our chefs do ice carvings. We featured a seafood bar on ice. We also had free hot chocolate.
