Offer a hot dog cart when meal plans have ended

When meal plans end for summer, our hot dog cart is open for the season. This eatery on wheels is open for lunch in front of the main administration building at the heart of campus, and is very popular with staff and students all summer, serving all-beef hot dogs and vegan tofu dogs.
