Move Trays

We were spending more money on disposable trays than anything else. So we did something simple. We moved them behind the service lines and said they were available on request. We saved a third of the cost of our disposable trays by simply moving them behind the lines rather than making them available for people to take. We didn’t see our plastic tray costs go up.
