FoodService Director - steal this idea - Diane Narum - local night
Diane NarumWe have Local Foods Nights where we prepare “home-cooked” meals that showcase local foods. We invite about seven to 10 farmers who we purchase food from to come in and serve the students. We post information about where the food is from, how they raise their food and info about the farms. We’ve had items like bison burgers and fresh apple sundaes.
