Cameron Schauf, formerly director of auxiliary services at Bryn Mawr College, has been named director of campus dining services at the University of Rochester. He will oversee auxiliary operations (bookstores, debit card system, vending services) and dining programs and manage the university's relationship with dining services provider Aramark Campus Services.

Sodexho has formed a business advisory board to examine key aspects of the company's operations in North America and make recommendations to guide its future strategic direction. It will be chaired by former U.S. Secretary of Labor Alexis Herman.
The United States took top honors in restaurant-style cooking at the 21st International Culinary Exhibition ("Culinary Olympics") in Erfurt, Germany. The American team, led by captain Edward Leonard, executive chef of Westchester Country Club in Rye, NY, was fielded by the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
Former Aramark vice president Dorothy Dowling has joined Best Western Hotels as senior vice president of marketing.
Aramark has named four operating division presidents to the additional post of senior vice president of the corporation. They are Jack Donovan (Business/Sports & Entertainment), Andre wKerin (Healthcare/Facilities/Education), Ravi Saligram (International) and Thomas Vozzo ( Uniform & Career Apparel).
