INGREDIENTS:5 qts. milk
5 Tbsps. salt
1 Tbsp. 1 tsp. baking powder
10 whole eggs
16 cups flour, approx.DIRECTIONS:1. Combine milk, salt, baking powder, and eggs. Add just enough flour to make a loose batter.

2. Place frying oil in an iron skillet, enough to cover the dough by one inch. Heat oil to 400-425°F. Place batter in a squeeze bottle and swirl batter into hot oil in a circular motion to make the funnel cakes. Cook funnel cake about
