A lot of times family members don’t want to leave their loved ones or they don’t want to miss the doctor. We made the Golden Egg Coffee Cart, which we take around to the ER and OR waiting rooms so that family members can purchase food. We go twice a day, for breakfast and lunch, and we offer items like breakfast sandwiches, pastries, salads and beverages.
