Dipping Sauces for Fries

INGREDIENTS:Fiesta Cream Sauce:
4 cups mayonnaise
1 ½ cups thick salsa
1 cup sour cream
6 Tbsp. taco seasoning
Mustard Ale Sauce:
2 cups honey mustard
¼ cup honey
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. hickory seasoning
1 cup stone ground mustard
½ cup brown ale (non-alcoholic beer may be substituted.)
Zesty Reuben Sauce:
3 quarts Thousand Island Dressing
1 ½ quarts sour cream
1 ½ quarts plain yogurt
3 Tbsp. caraway seedsDIRECTIONS:Fiesta Cream Sauce:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until needed.
Mustard Ale Sauce:
Combine all ingredients. Whip with a wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
Zesty Reuben Sauce:
