Carlisle Acquires Dinex

Carlisle Foodservice Products has acquired Dinex International, a leading supplier of meal delivery systems for the healthcare segment. Dinex will continue to operate as a separate company with President Jack Bridwell continuing in his role.

Dinex's product line includes traytop smallwares (flatware, dishware, disposable lids, etc.) and food heating and rethermalization equipment as well as complete meal delivery systems designed for patient feeding applications in both long-term-care and acture care settings. Carlisle makes light equipment and supplies for foodservice and sanitation customers.
