Served at Glendalough Distillery's summer immersive event in Chicago, this cocktail makes the most of the floral beverage trend.
Ingredients
1 oz. Glendalough Wild Rose Gin
1 oz. Cocchi Rosa Apertivo Americano
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. dry sparkling wine
Dried rose buds or edible flowers, for garnish
Steps
1. Shake the first four ingredients with ice, then double strain into a chilled glass.
2. And top with chilled sparkling wine, and garnish.
Additional Tips
You will need a shaker, strainer, fine strainer. Serve in a cocktail glass.
