The University of Missouri-Columbia plans to completely renovate its Union Square food court by the end of August, according to the campus’s Maneater news service. New concepts to be introduced will include Wheatstone Bistro and Starbucks. The Starbucks will replace the existing Applause coffee concept while Wheatstone is designed to consolidate a number of existing concepts into one centralized one that will offer soups, salads, sandwiches, hummus and fruit with a grab-n-go option.
