A new market debuting on the Boston College campus this fall will deliver on students’ demand for more variety with a pop-up kitchen.

The Market @ Corcoran, which is replacing a previous retail location in Corcoran Commons, will offer groceries that students can cook with as well as specialty coffee drinks, according to student news outlet The Heights.

The first concept to take over the pop-up space at the Chestnut Hill, Mass., school will serve poke.

“We’re going to put in one concept, and when students get sick of it, we’re going to put it in a different concept,” Megan O’Neill, BC Dining’s associate director of restaurant operations, told The Heights. “So we can change it several times throughout the year.”

Students will be able to suggest future offerings they’d like to see at the market via a Google Form supplied by the dining team.
