SFM Sets National Conference Theme, Agenda

SFM has set Conquering Myths, Defining Realities as the theme of its 2012 national conference, which will be held September 11-13 at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The agenda will include educational seminars on professional development and industry issues, interactive events, networking opportunities and national speakers. The latter are scheduled to include Cosi, Inc., President/CEO Carin Stutz, celebrated restaurateur Drew Nieporent and noted wine book author Kevin Zraly (Windows on the World Complete Wine Course, Kevin Zraly's Wine Guide).
