Chocolate & Peanut Butter Grilled Breakfast Panini

Yield: 12 servings
24 slices French bread, sliced diagonally into 1⁄2-in. thick slices
as needed butter, melted
11⁄2 cups creamy peanut butter
12 bananas
3 cups jarred dark chocolate topping
24 whole fresh strawberries
1. Per serving: brush 2 slices bread lightly with butter; close together, forming a sandwich and grill on preheated panini grill until golden.
2. Open sandwich and arrange on flat work surface; spread 1 Tbsp. peanut butter evenly over each slice of bread.
3. Slice 1 banana and layer evenly over bottom half of sandwich; close with top half of sandwich. Diagonally slice the sandwich in quarters; arrange on plate.
4. Serve with 1⁄4 cup dark chocolate topping portioned in a ramekin and 2 strawberries.
