DEVELOPING MENUS

We began offering “munchables,” which are small plastic containers filled with healthy snacks such as apples and celery sticks, in our cafe that’s open in between classes for a quick and healthy pick-me-up. The idea came from students who were not ready to eat breakfast when they arrived at school and didn't want a bagged snack so close to lunch. They have been well-received by students. We sell out every day.
