We plan to really focus on grab-and-go for the vegan crowd. It seems like they are very limited in their options with quick service. [We are] also planning fresher salads with fruit and different cuts of cheese—not relying on shredded—and utilizing different cuts of vegetables for more variety and a higher-end look.
