Campus dining services provider Sodexo has rolled out Wholly Habaneros, a Mexican cuisine themed food truck, on the campus of the College of William & Mary. The truck offers a menu of create-your-own burritos, tacos, taco bowls, quesadillas and nachos with proteins like fajita steak or chicken, taco ground beef and Tex-Mex veggies plus a variety of toppings ranging from cilantro rice and refried beans to salsa, sliced jalapeƱos and pico de gallo. It's all made fresh using local ingredients where possible. The mobile eatery is intended as a change of pace dining option for students. Currently, its hours are 11 am to 2 pm during the week and 8 pm to midnight seven days a week.
