OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. — Joseph Neubauer is stepping down as chairman of Aramark after 35 years in various positions with the contract feeder.
He will be succeed as chairman in 2015 by current president and CEO Eric Foss, who will continue in his current roles.
Foss joined Aramark in 2012 as president and CEO, after Neubauer retired from those posts. Previously, Foss spent 30 years at PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Group, rising to CEO of the Pepsi brand.
He took Aramark public again in 2013.
