Metz Culinary Management has launched a new website (www.metzculinary.com) that allows the company to more easily communicate goals with customers and highlight social initiatives. The site also features a career center where job applicants can apply directly for available positions within the company.

“At its core, Metz is a family-owned and operated business that values exceptional customer service above all else," says Vice President of Marketing Maureen Gallagher. "Our new website reflects that philosophy. We wanted a website that allowed us to better share our goals and initiatives with clients, prospective clients, industry leaders and culinary professionals and we feel this site accomplishes that.”

In addition to clearly communicating the dining management and environmental services offered to corporate, education and healthcare clients, the new website features a blog that presents company perspective on a variety of food, nutrition and sustainability trends. The blog also provides clients with company news updates, keeping them up to date on new services offered and implemented at Metz Culinary Management.

Company social initiatives are prominently displayed throughout the site. Features on the front page, the “Why Metz” dropdown menu and the blog detail initiatives that include Live Well, Farm to Fork and Sustainability programs. Live Well, a company-wide wellness and nutrition program, is built on healthy food choices, education and motivation. The Farm to Fork program encourages clients to work with chefs to source seasonal and organic produce from local farms and state agricultural programs. Metz Culinary Management’s Sustainability initiative embraces environmental goals by helping clients reduce, reuse and recycle waste.

Perhaps the most appealing addition to the site for culinary professionals is the “Careers” dropdown menu where candidates can directly apply for available positions that clearly display job, education and experience requirements. A compensation range based on experience is included with most job postings.
