Fiscal 2014 Revenues: $10,232,000,000

The sales volume above is for Aramark’s Food & Support Services North America unit for fiscal year 2014. The International Food & Support Services unit generated another $3.1 billion and the Uniforms unit added $1.5 billion.

Longtime Chairman Joseph Neubauer retired in February 2015, and was succeeded by President/CEO Eric Foss. Also, former B&I unit head Gary Crompton was named to head the healthcare unit.

Over the course of 2014, Aramark installed the country’s first Steak ‘n Shake unit on a college campus at Western Kentucky University, moved ahead with its 15-year, nearly $250 million contract with the University of Kentucky and introduced a sampling program called Healthy Bites to its more than 500 K-12 district clients.


The company also tested mobile Starbucks-branded trucks on three client college campuses and opened a new Healthcare Technology & Innovation Center in Charlotte, N.C.

A new mobile payment platform was piloted at select sports venue client sites. Aramark also secured a concessions deal with the NFL’s Tennessee Titans at Nashville’s LP Field and extended its deal with the MLB’s Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park.

Currently, Aramark manages dining and foodservices for 770 B&I clients, 369 healthcare clients, 462 colleges/universities, 369 K-12 school districts, 535 corrections clients, 63 arenas/stadiums, 45 convention/conference centers, 23 parks/recreation facilities, 13 museums/performing arts centers and seven military clients.
